Exchange and Return Policy
Since all products offered in the store are digital products that are delivered electronically or uploaded directly after the purchase is completed, all sales are considered final after the delivery process is completed or the upload is enabled.
First: Replacement Policy
- Digital products cannot be exchanged after the purchase, download, or access process is complete.
- In the event of a technical problem that prevents the customer from downloading or using the product, the store is committed to providing the necessary technical support or resending the product.
- If an error is found in the submitted file or if it does not match the description displayed in the store, the customer has the right to request a replacement product or to obtain the correct version.
Second: Return Policy
- The customer is not entitled to a refund for the value of digital products after the product has been downloaded, accessed, or used.
- The customer has the right to request a refund if the product is not received due to a technical problem on the part of the store and the inability to resolve the problem within a reasonable period.
- The customer has the right to request a refund if it is proven that the product sent differs substantially from the description advertised on the product page.
Third: Exceptions
The following cases are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Changing one's mind after completing the purchase.
- Failure to read the product description or usage requirements before purchasing.
- The product is incompatible with the customer's device due to technical requirements outlined on the product page.
- If the customer loses the file after uploading it, they can contact the store to have the product resent upon verification of the purchase.
